'Hayward man who is at risk goes missing after not returning home from walk'
Police in Hayward (HPD) said on X that a dangerous man was last seen in the city on Wednesday. On Thursday, Oct. 10, Jose L. Chavez Sanchez was reported missing. He had last been seen the day before at about 3:40 p.m.
Sanchez, 63, was reported missing after cops said he didn’t come home from a walk. The last time we saw him, he was wearing a white shirt with grey writing on it, black shorts, and white shoes.
Sanchez is said to be 115 pounds and 5 feet 4 inches tall. He is seen as dangerous because of an unknown health problem.
The police did not say where Sanchez was last seen. If anyone finds Sanchez, they should call 911 or HPD at 510-293-7000.
